A full internal refresh took Cardigan Street from party hub to high-end rental.

Legend has it that this humble abode on Cardigan Street was once the home of Dunedin Sound royalty. While we can neither confirm nor deny, it's certainly steeped in history and no doubt the spot of many a jam session and party. Over its many years, Cardigan Street had been well-loved, but its glory days were long past.

With a new owner, it was time to transform what had become a classic Dunedin rental into a marketable home. Moving the bathroom, updating the kitchen and laundry, refreshing the paint, making repairs and adding in wardrobes were just some ways our team gave this dilapidated home a complete once-over.
